This is what we mean when we say full barbecue deep clean. Heavy carbon buildup caked onto the grates, grease baked into every corner of the cook box, and a lid interior that hadn't seen a real clean in a long time. This is the kind of grill that still works - but barely. And it's definitely not something you want touching your food.

Our full deep clean process doesn't stop at the grates. We work through the entire cook chamber - burner covers, interior walls, the lid, the drip system, everything. Built-in grills like this one actually hold onto heat and grease differently than freestanding units, which means the buildup tends to be more concentrated. That matters when it comes to how the grill performs and how evenly it cooks.

Beyond the cook box, the exterior gets attention too. Stainless steel on a built-in grill is a big investment, and it shows wear fast when it's not maintained properly. Getting it cleaned and polished correctly makes a real difference - both in how it looks and how long the finish holds up against the Arizona heat.

There's also a safety angle here that people don't always think about. Excessive grease buildup inside a grill is a legitimate fire hazard. A grill that looks this far gone isn't just a performance issue - it's a risk. A proper deep clean removes that buildup and gets the unit back to working the way it's supposed to.
